RAMAC HOUSE FLOORING
A unique project for Europe! By using the SQAPE Geopolymer Technology we have developed a RAMAC flooring for houses based on 100% secondairy raw materials. The binding agent as well the aggregates. Reducing the CO2 with 85% and with a all time low environmental cost indicator, which not yet has been realised in the building industry before!
Based on the experiences of RAMAC industrial flooring we have learnt that the usage RAMAC flooring is extremly usefull for the flooring of houses.
RAMAC ROAD SURFACING
Due to the long service life, low environmental impact and the material’s strength, by definition, RAMAC is suited for civil engineering applications such as road surfacing (cycle paths, roads, bus lanes).
Heavy demands are made on motorways that are intensively used, bus lanes have to cope with many turning movements. In this case, high loads are sooner the rule rather than the exception. RAMAC distinguishes itself because it offers the desired high flexural strength for any application. In the construction of cycle paths, the material’s durability is often decisive for choosing RAMAC.

The high flexural strength, additional hardness, and density make RAMAC particularly well-suited for durable industrial flooring tailored with specific properties.
Additional benefits are its chemical resistance and impermeability. A solution for floors in the chemical and agricultural sector.
Conventional concrete floors in the agricultural sector (stables, greenhouses, dairies, dairy foods) are prone to penetration of acids derived from faeces, fodder, milk-containing substances, foodstuffs. In this application the top coat of conventional floors must therefore be replaced regularly. A high cost item. Thanks to its acid resistance, RAMAC floors last longer.
